What you will do

• Design and own the long-term logistics and transportation strategy for the White Glove business across North America.
• Optimize the network by determining warehouse footprints, inventory positioning, and service territories.
• Lead vendor sourcing, RFP processes, and commercial negotiations with warehouse and delivery providers.
• Oversee all supply chain stages including inbound, middle-mile, and final-mile White Glove delivery.
• Establish warehouse operating standards and KPIs to drive operational excellence and reduce damage/claims.
• Create executive-level KPI dashboards and scorecards to monitor partner performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, fulfillment, or supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing large 3PL providers with full commercial ownership.
• Proven experience designing multi-node distribution networks and managing bulky/oversized goods delivery.
• Expertise in transportation sourcing, contract negotiation, and end-to-end RFP management.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for building cost models and data-driven decision making.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience scaling a logistics network from early-stage growth to national scale.
• Direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce background.
