Account Manager II (Logistics)

Salary: $47,000 – $60,000 base salary

What you will do

• Monitor intermodal shipment status, update systems, and notify shippers and receivers of changes.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with intermodal clients, carriers, and stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain current customer rates within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including tracking, tracing, and communications.
• Ensure billing information is accurate and prepared for invoicing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience working with intermodal shipments.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Chicago, IL or Tinley Park, IL.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• General transportation or logistics experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools.
• Prior 3PL experience.
