Salary: $139,400 – $200,000 (based on US region tier)

What you will do

• Lead global AP operations and the P2P workflow, partnering closely with Procurement, FP&A, and business leaders.
• Drive robust 2-way/3-way PO matching workflows, invoice intake, and vendor onboarding frameworks.
• Oversee global disbursement cycles, payment operations, and banking administration in collaboration with Treasury.
• Modernize and centralize international AP service delivery, ensuring compliance with VAT/GST and local statutory reporting.
• Act as the primary accounting agent for P2P technology, optimizing tools such as NetSuite, Coupa, and Zip.
• Design and enforce a robust internal control framework aligned with SOX public-company readiness standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting or global AP experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing multi-entity or global P2P accounting operations.
• Proven expertise with NetSuite and modern procurement tools (e.g., Zip, Coupa).
• Strong technical background in PO matching, invoice processing, and GL accrual reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.
• Experience operating within a public company or late-stage pre-IPO environment with mature audit rigor.
