What you will do

• Manage end-to-end P2P operations, including vendor invoice intake, approval workflows, and payment processing.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, master data maintenance, and negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow.
• Ensure SOX compliance, implement internal financial controls, and manage tax reporting including 1099, VAT, and GST.
• Lead digital transformation by implementing e-invoicing, workflow automation, and touchless processing.
• Mentor and develop the P2P team, managing resource allocation and performance reviews.
• Analyze P2P metrics and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in procure-to-pay or procurement operations.
• Minimum 10 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or NetSuite.
• Expert knowledge of P2P best practices and SOX compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
