Learning & Development Manager

Location: Austin, TX or Dallas, TX, United States

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually, plus bonus

What you will do

• Build and establish the firm’s Learning & Development function, including programs, processes, resources, and learning infrastructure.
• Lead learning initiatives from needs assessment and planning through design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation.
• Partner with leaders, subject matter experts, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition to connect learning with onboarding, performance development, career development, and employee growth.
• Design learning journeys using instructor-led, peer, self-guided, hands-on, and digital approaches.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and group discussions for varied audiences.
• Support technology adoption, learning management system administration, content organization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, organizational development, talent development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Experience building or establishing learning programs, processes, or functions within an organization.
• Experience managing multiple learning initiatives, including planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Experience designing programs for audiences with different roles and experience levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, education, instructional design, human resources, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
• Experience implementing, administering, or managing learning management systems; Absorb experience is preferred.

• Experience with Absorb learning management system.
• Interest in AI-enabled learning tools and emerging learning technologies.
