Training Lead (Change Management)

Location: Richmond, VA, United States. US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $82,500–$171,900 base salary per year, with eligibility for the annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for enterprise transformation, business, process, technology, and organizational change initiatives.
• Assess learning needs, knowledge gaps, performance requirements, and adoption risks with business leaders, project teams, and Change Managers.
• Design curricula, learning paths, eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, videos, job aids, quick-reference guides, and performance support resources.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and train-the-trainer programs, workshops, office hours, and learner support sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness, learner proficiency, readiness, adoption, and behavior change through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and integrate learning strategies into project, implementation, and adoption plans.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related field.
• Experience leading learning and enablement for large-scale business, process, technology, or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Strong instructional design, curriculum development, facilitation, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Copilot.

Nice to have

• Insurance industry experience.
• Experience with learning governance, adoption and readiness metrics, and learning effectiveness measurement.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools for content development and learning delivery.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or other change management methodologies.
