Salary: $115,000 – $167,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Strategy, Recruiting, and Finance to forecast and align headcount needs against organizational roadmaps.
• Develop sophisticated financial and operational models connecting business drivers to staffing requirements and budgets.
• Create intuitive dashboards, metrics, and reports to monitor staffing utilization, productivity constraints, and capacity gaps.
• Apply probabilistic modeling, Python-based simulation, and AI to simulate cost and efficiency trade-offs.
• Lead monthly headcount analysis and vendor management strategy reviews to provide strategic recommendations.
• Analyze large, disparate datasets to identify statistical trends in labor productivity and attrition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, management consulting, investment banking, or strategic operations in a fast-scaling tech environment.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, Math, Statistics, or Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel/Gsheets, and BI tools like Mode or Tableau.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and DBT models.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex analyses to senior stakeholders.
