What you will do

• Manage day-to-day contractual queries and strategic commercial matters.
• Advise on legal issues and provide pragmatic solutions to internal and external clients.
• Identify and manage risk issues related to new products, services, and projects.
• Support business innovation and align commercial objectives with the organization's risk appetite.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies and legislation to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong document drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with general commercial legal matters, including data protection, IP, and digital technology.
• Background in professional services, insurance, or financial services.
