What you will do

• Advise marketing and creative teams on campaigns, productions, and competition terms.
• Negotiate and draft distribution agreements for entertainment channels and direct-to-consumer offerings.
• Manage content acquisition, advertising, and sponsorship contracts.
• Support technical operations through drafting service agreements and statements of work.
• Monitor and advise on legislative developments in copyright, AI, and advertising across EMEA and Asia Pacific.
• Collaborate with specialist IP, litigation, privacy, and employment legal teams.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the UK
• Qualified to practice law in the UK preferred with 0-4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Solid experience in commercial, IP, or transactional corporate law.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated interest in the media industry and legal issues related to it.
• Willingness to leverage AI to improve team efficiency.
