What you will do

• Provide legal advice and support for various legal issues and projects for OW businesses across Europe.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including engagement letters and subcontracts.
• Advise consultants and corporate support functions on the legal and contractual implications of commercial business decisions.
• Identify liability exposure and implement creative solutions to manage and reduce risk.
• Coordinate specialty legal reviews by internal and external legal advisers.
• Assist with compliance and risk mitigation processes.

Requirements

• UK qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience working in a commercial or corporate team at a leading international law firm.
• Essential experience with commercial contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with senior management.
