What you will do

• Operate production equipment to manufacture quality products safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain product quality through continuous visual and mechanical inspections.
• Perform equipment setups in accordance with established procedures.
• Load and unload equipment and follow written and verbal work orders.
• Maintain and log all information required for traceability and quality.
• Participate in cross-training activities to support overall production.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Basic mathematical skills, including percentages.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Demonstrated mechanical and computer skills.
