What you will do

• Perform assembly and operational tasks across multiple department areas on a rotation.
• Read and interpret work orders, technical paperwork, and use measuring devices.
• Operate scanners, label machines, and a variety of air, electric, and hand tools.
• Inspect, wrap, and pack products to ensure adherence to quality and ISO standards.
• Participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement in job functions.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the work area and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measures and detailed work orders.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive work daily.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in East Greenville, PA.
• Ability to visually identify colors, sizes, and product orientations (left/right, top/bottom).
