What you will do

• Control and operate process equipment to produce finished products according to specifications.
• Perform chemical charges safely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor process parameters and adjust control systems to achieve first-pass quality standards.
• Conduct thorough shift turnovers and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Operate forklifts and hoists for raw material replenishment and cleaning.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards within the work area to ensure safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing (chemical handling preferred).
• Must be able to work onsite in Suffolk, Virginia.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (3 on / 3 off, days and nights).
• Ability to pass a pulmonary function test to wear a respirator (must be clean shaven).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently climb stairs or ladders.
