What you will do

• Set up and operate cold header machines to produce self-piercing rivets.
• Monitor production quality using Statistical Process Control and measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and perform tooling changes as required.
• Maintain production targets while minimizing scrap rates.
• Follow established work instructions and 5-S principles for a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in New Hudson, United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
• Ability to read part prints and use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
