Salary: $133,000 - $213,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead supply chain readiness by planning and executing purchasing and supplier quality deliverables for assigned programs.
• Drive BOM clarity between engineering and supply chain teams to ensure material readiness for production and rapid prototyping.
• Manage BOM costs by collaborating with engineering, sourcing, and FP&A to hit program cost targets.
• Enhance supply chain resilience through detailed mapping and performance criteria analysis from prototype to production.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to report supply chain readiness to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvements in data integrity and system automation to enhance tool scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain roles managing hardware development programs.
• 5+ years of experience managing supply chain setup from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly to senior executive audiences.
• Proficiency with task management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project) and advanced analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in supply chain management or business management.
• Experience in safety-critical hardware industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, or medical devices.
