Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Novi, MI (Hybrid, 3+ days/week)

Salary: $108,750–$159,500

What you will do

• Establish and maintain the divisional AI portfolio operating cadence, including governance forums and planning cycles.
• Manage the AI backlog, demand intake, and prioritization to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to provide visibility into portfolio health and risks.
• Lead portfolio rationalization efforts to identify project overlaps and optimize resource utilization.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to validate benefit formulas, track value realization, and monitor operational metrics.
• Drive change management and adoption planning to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or Project Management.
• 6+ years of experience in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance.
• Proven ability to create executive-level dashboards and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, dependency tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with benefit tracking, KPI design, and financial validation within a technology portfolio.
• Must be able to work from the office in Novi, MI, at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
• Background in enterprise transformation or responsible AI operating processes.
