Salary: $38,000 - $55,000 yearly

What you will do

• Process Navigator requests from healthcare professionals and ensure accurate, prompt new enrollments.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with Territory Managers to support regional services.
• Analyze reports related to program growth and identify new enrollment opportunities.
• Perform outbound outreach to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of the Navigator program.
• Manage inbound nurse and patient calls, providing expert supplier matching and reinforcing patient rights.
• Work cross-functionally with product development and quality teams to contribute to product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be based in Libertyville, IL.
• At least 1 year of overall professional experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Five9, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in healthcare, inside sales, or call center environments preferred.
• Knowledge of procedures to protect Personal Health Information (PHI).
