Salary: Base $50,000 per year + performance-based commissions (Average earnings ~$114,764).

What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain automotive dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to identify financing needs.
• Present financing solutions and promote Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings to grow the portfolio.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor dealership conditions, loan balances, and payment trends to manage risk.
• Develop risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to fly and drive for travel (over 25% of the time).
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Proven negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
