What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Life Science clients to secure MSAs and RFPs.
• Lead the prioritization of prospects and manage the end-to-end proposal process, including risk reviews.
• Develop and execute regional business development strategies in coordination with global sector teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to create distinctive value propositions and innovative solutions for clients.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and promotional marketing events.
• Oversee CRM reporting and ensure BD personnel are trained in corporate processes and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant business development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical Engineering or Architecture.
• Deep domain knowledge of the Life Science industry (Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Cell & Gene Therapy).
• Proven track record of developing business within the Raleigh-Durham region.
• Strong commercial and contractual skills with experience dealing with multi-national clients.
• Ability to travel locally as necessary for client needs.
