What you will do

• Manage Clinical Care Navigator calls and activities, comprising 50% of the role.
• Provide after-hours support and crisis intervention for global members in APAC and EU regions.
• Mentor and train new hires and existing clinical team members.
• Problem-solve escalated sensitive calls and crisis situations.
• Collaborate on product, technology, and service improvements for the clinical platform.
• Monitor system queues and balance daily clinical workloads to ensure efficient member connection to care.

Requirements

• Independent licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in mental health or substance use disorders
• Direct experience with crisis lines is required
• Proven experience working on global teams
• English proficiency
• Ability to adopt new technologies and maintain AI fluency in a fast-paced environment
