Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (AI)

Base salary: $195,714–$307,850 annually across United States geographic pay zones.

What you will do

• Define long-term strategies and roadmaps for platform and product components based on business objectives, customer needs, adoption inhibitors, and industry trends.
• Translate business objectives into prioritized technical systems problems and define programs to address them.
• Lead programs involving agentic platforms, machine learning systems, enterprise search, conversational AI, performance optimization, reliability, and enterprise-grade readiness.
• Partner with engineers and architects, influencing progress across complex technical initiatives.
• Manage program lifecycles from initiation through forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.
• Coordinate broad dependencies and complex projects across the company.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience on software teams as a Development Manager or Technical Program Manager.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into technical problems and programs.
• Strong technical understanding of system flows, block architectures, APIs, and related systems.
• Experience defining and running complex technical programs end to end.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to develop deep expertise in the relevant domain.

• Deep familiarity with conversational and generative AI or enterprise search technologies.
• Experience building and shipping agentic platforms and workflows.
