Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Translate customer outcomes into integrated delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, critical paths, DRIs, and definitions of done.
• Own end-to-end delivery health by tracking status, surfacing risks, and driving blockers to resolution.
• Run accountability cadences and maintain ownership and due dates for open items.
• Build scalable delivery systems, including a single source of truth, action-item registers, risk registers, and playbooks.
• Prepare customer updates and manage live and asynchronous reporting to maintain stakeholder confidence.
• Identify automation opportunities and build AI-driven workflows while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or delivery operations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
• Ability to own and review delivery health KPIs, including on-time milestone rate, blocker aging, and schedule variance.
• Strong judgment under pressure and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Confident communication with senior engineers and executive customer stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise AI or ML deployments.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT procurement and security processes.
• Experience in startup operations, management consulting, or forward-deployed engineering.
• Experience building lightweight operating systems for distributed teams.
