Location: Remote (Tier 1)
Salary: $160K–$260K (base) + equity + bonus

What you will do
- Serve as a clinical resource for sales and partner success teams, demonstrating how ambient solutions enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
- Partner with commercial teams during demos, customer presentations, and strategic engagements for executive-level audiences.
- Engage directly with prospective and current customers as the clinician “boots on the ground” voice, addressing questions and facilitating adoption.
- Provide a solution feedback loop from prospect interactions to product and engineering teams to help prioritize clinical needs.
- Represent as a clinical thought leader at industry conferences, webinars, and events.
- Act as the product expert for the commercial team, aligning customer needs, solution capabilities, and the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in acute care, critical care, or med-surg.
- Proven experience in healthcare technology roles (e.g., Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, Implementation Executive) with successful adoption and integration.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to frontline clinicians, healthcare executives, and technical teams.
- Demonstrated executive presence and comfort influencing senior leaders (e.g., CNO, CNIO, CMIO, CIO, CFO).
- Ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, and act as a trusted clinical advisor internally and externally.
- Analytical and strategic thinking to evaluate clinical workflows and translate clinical requirements into technological solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in clinical success, implementation leadership, clinical analytics, or similar roles in major health systems or healthcare technology companies (e.g., Epic).
- Experience leading teams or complex projects, ideally in healthcare quality, analytics, and informatics initiatives.
