• Drive supplier development to ensure sustainable, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure predictable cost, quality, and availability.
• Manage supplier relationships focusing on risk mitigation and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and legal, to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.
