What you will do

• Facilitate discovery sessions to capture and validate high-level business requirements.
• Analyze current-state business processes to identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement.
• Assess business demands for value, strategic alignment, risks, and complexity.
• Lead requirements elicitation and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in solution design workshops and ensure business requirements are accurately reflected.
• Develop test scenarios and support SIT and UAT activities to ensure successful deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in business analysis across the full solution lifecycle.
• Expert knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated experience working with medium- to large-scale, cross-functional systems in an international context.
• Proficiency in business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or equivalent techniques.
• Experience with project frameworks such as PRINCE2 or PMI and delivery approaches like Agile or Hybrid.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French or another official UN language.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA CCBA/CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Advanced degree in Data Management or Business Administration.
• Experience working with the United Nations or other international organizations.
