Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements using Azure DevOps.
• Create process models and workflow diagrams using UML and BPMN to identify business inefficiencies.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and refinement within Agile (Scrum/FDD) frameworks.
• Develop UAT strategies and facilitate testing activities with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into platform capabilities for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology projects.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for requirements and backlog management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Feature Driven Design.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL.
• Proven experience in developing and executing UAT activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Experience in government or public-sector environments.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or PMP.
