What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define organizational needs and challenges for COTS implementation.
• Analyse business processes and workflows to ensure alignment between business needs and available software solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and compare COTS products, performing cost-benefit and risk assessments.
• Prepare procurement documentation, including RFIs and RFOs, and develop supporting business cases.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans for technical teams.
• Support implementation, deployment, migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Master’s degree and minimum 10 years of professional experience in software analysis, evaluation, and implementation.
• Proven expertise in evaluating and selecting COTS solutions and conducting market research.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and technical feasibility assessments.
• Demonstrated expertise in modeling techniques, including UML, BPM, and BPMN.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency at B2 level.
