What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between client business organizations and software delivery teams.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable business insights.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Participate in testing activities, including planning, execution, and defect management.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong expertise in requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories, UML).
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
- Must have knowledge of AI-based projects and concepts.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Balsamiq, Lucidcharts, or MS Visio.
Nice to have
- Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
- Experience with Business Process Management solutions like Macess.
- Background in finance or banking.
