What you will do

• Analyze, document, and optimize AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Gather, structure, and translate business needs into functional requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria using the Given / When / Then approach and prioritize requirements with the MoSCoW method.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and evaluate functional solution options.
• Collaborate with business users, product teams, architects, developers, and QA throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare training materials, support change management, and analyze data for process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies such as BABOK or Design Thinking.
• Practical experience with BPMN 2.0, requirements management, traceability, and Agile delivery.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, and BPMN modeling tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English and willingness to work onsite in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Experience in the airline, travel, or tour operator industry.
• Business analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Experience in production or operational environments.
• Knowledge of French or German.
