What you will do

• Manage business demands from initial assessment through to prioritization and handover to technology teams.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture, challenge, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze current-state business processes to identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement.
• Lead requirements elicitation, traceability, change control, and acceptance activities.
• Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, BPMN flows, UML diagrams, and wireframes.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT activities and support go-live readiness for cross-functional systems.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business analysis across the full solution lifecycle.
• Proven experience with medium- to large-scale, cross-functional systems in an international context.
• Proficiency in project frameworks such as Prince2 or PMI and delivery approaches like Agile or hybrid.
• Strong expertise in business process modeling using BPMN or UML.
• English: C1 (fluent) required.
• Ability to work independently across time zones in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of major IT platforms such as Salesforce, Power Platform, RPA, or AI-powered workflows.
• Professional certification such as IIBA CCBA/CBAP or PMI-BPA.
• Proficiency in French or another official international language.
