What you will do

• Lead full-service projects from the conception and budgeting stage through construction and final completion.
• Manage large project teams and coordinate with outside subconsultants to meet project goals.
• Supervise the preparation of technical drawings and ensure documentation conforms to QA/QC standards.
• Prepare and deliver design concepts and presentations to clients.
• Develop technical solutions for design problems and conduct on-site field reviews and meetings.
• Manage project budgeting, scheduling, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Must be able to work on-site in Richmond, VA.
• Licensure is preferred but not required.
