What you will do

• Lead and execute all phases of design, from initial programming and feasibility to construction administration.
• Develop conceptual designs and coordinate closely with multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Create and manage BIM models in Revit, ensuring alignment with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications incorporating client and regulatory standards.
• Assist in developing project resource plans and pricing for architectural proposals.
• Mentor junior architectural staff and provide constructive feedback for their professional development.

Requirements

• Registered Architectural licensure (RA) in practicing states.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited college.
• 7+ years of experience specifically within the life sciences industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Conshohocken, PA and travel moderately as required.

Nice to have

• NCARB Certification.
• Knowledge of cGMPs pertaining to biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
• LEED GA or AP certification.
