Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality/Multifamily)

Location: Bay Harbor Islands, FL, United States. Workplace: On-site.

What you will do

• Lead interior design projects from early concept through design development and execution, owning creative direction and design consistency across all phases.
• Develop creative concepts, spatial strategies, and material palettes rooted in nature, warmth, hirify.global’s brand identity, and experiential goals.
• Design hospitality, multifamily, and food and beverage environments that balance guest experience, neighbor experience, operational needs, beauty, and functionality.
• Produce and oversee presentations, mood boards, renderings, and visual storytelling materials.
• Guide layouts, FF&E, custom elements, and finishes while managing budgets, lead times, and durability.
• Collaborate with technical, procurement, construction, and client teams; mentor junior designers and contribute to hirify.global’s design language, standards, references, and material library.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of professional experience in interior design and a strong portfolio across hospitality, multifamily, and/or food and beverage projects, including work led from concept through completion.
• Experience managing design complexity across multiple scales and stages simultaneously, from lobby renovations to full-property concepts.
• Strong conceptual thinking, deep attention to materiality and detail, research into regions, light, craft, and culture, and a high level of personal sensibility and style.
• Advanced proficiency in design and visualization tools, with the ability to communicate ideas through presentations, drawings, and renderings.
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative leadership, spatial intelligence, and executional rigor is required.
