What you will do

• Lead interior design projects from early concept through design development and execution.
• Develop creative concepts, spatial strategies, material palettes, and experiential environments aligned with hirify.global’s design language.
• Design hospitality, multifamily, and food and beverage spaces while balancing guest experience, community needs, operations, budget, lead times, and durability.
• Produce presentations, mood boards, renderings, and visual storytelling materials.
• Collaborate with technical, procurement, and construction teams to maintain design intent through execution.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in client presentations, design reviews, and senior-level decisions.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio across hospitality, multifamily, and/or food and beverage projects, demonstrating leadership from concept through completion.
• Advanced proficiency with design and visualization tools, including presentations, drawings, and renderings.
• Strong conceptual thinking, spatial intelligence, attention to materiality and detail, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Required: portfolio demonstrating creative leadership, spatial intelligence, and executional rigor.
