What you will do

• Lead complex engineering and architecture activities from conceptual design through construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover.
• Develop independent technical solutions that meet quality, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Coordinate interfaces and collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Identify scope changes, communicate project impacts, and provide quality oversight of technical deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, technical sales activities, standards, and best practices.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and architects while helping create value for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.
• Significant experience delivering engineering or architectural work in complex project environments.
• Strong knowledge of applicable industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical activities across project phases.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, quality, and continuous-improvement skills.
