Mechanical Designer/BIM Technician (Revit)

What you will do

• Design and model mechanical systems for facility and construction projects using BIM and CADD tools.
• Develop HVAC and plumbing system layouts.
• Produce plan sheets, elevations, and sections.
• Visualize complex systems and coordinate designs across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Identify spatial conflicts and help optimize designs for clash-free documentation.
• Curate and maintain BIM and CADD libraries, support files, and shared resources.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Plant 3D, AutoCAD, and Recap.
• Strong visualization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in engineering team settings.
• Ability to interpret written, verbal, and visual direction.
• All experience levels are encouraged to apply; 3+ years of mechanical drafting and modeling experience is preferred.
• Related construction experience, degrees, or certifications are beneficial or desired.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction and related trades.
• Interest in emerging technologies.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam Revu, and related BIM workflows.
