Salary: $150,000–$217,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support the development of next-generation hirify.global Driver Modules, integrating compute hardware and ECUs.
• Own individual module design and vehicle integration from concept through mass production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, CAE, reliability, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure designs are robust, manufacturable, and suitable for safety-critical environments.
• Perform tolerance analysis and apply GD&T standards to complex assemblies.
• Support and sustain products currently deployed on autonomous vehicles.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in CAD design and 2D drawing creation using GD&T (Catia 3DX preferred).
• Experience creating mechanical parts that interface with electrical components like PCBAs and sensors.
• Exposure to high-volume manufacturing processes such as injection molding, diecasting, and stamping.
• Experience designing for harsh environments, including shock, vibration, and temperature cycling.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive ECUs or high-performance compute systems.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or automotive vehicle design.
• Experience with high-power, high-thermal-density, and high-speed electronics integration.
• Experience designing mechanical control outlines (MCO) for PCBA assemblies.
