What you will do

• Bridge industrial design intent and mechanical engineering execution to protect the rider experience.
• Own physical vehicle architecture, managing micro-tolerance loops and high-density component integration of electronics, sensors, and lighting.
• Develop high-quality Class-A surfaces and digital master models to translate sketches into production-ready mechanical files.
• Build and test proof-of-concept mockups using CNC, 3D printing, and custom fabrication.
• Optimize highly cosmetic components and structures for high-volume manufacturing processes like injection molding and casting.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure cosmetic standards are maintained during tooling and assembly.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Product Design Engineer or Studio Engineer in automotive, consumer hardware, or mobility.
• Proven portfolio of taking highly cosmetic hardware products from sketch to high-volume production.
• Exceptional proficiency in Siemens NX, Creo, or SolidWorks for advanced 3D surfacing.
• Deep knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and mass-production techniques.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous startup environments and iterate quickly.
