What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery for mid-to-large scale initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Define and manage project scope to ensure all deliverables align with business objectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks by maintaining a detailed RAID log.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through clear status reporting and expectation management.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet defined organizational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management within the healthcare or health insurance industry.
• Knowledge of various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
