What you will do

• Create and maintain current project schedules on a weekly basis.
• Validate MS Project schedules against commitments and resource availability in coordination with stakeholders.
• Integrate project tasks into larger Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for technical readiness and modernization efforts.
• Develop MS Project macros to streamline scheduling processes and reduce manual errors.
• Identify and document dependencies between various project schedules and update the impacted IMS accordingly.
• Consolidate weekly updates into structured report artifacts for PMO leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in project scheduling for large-scale IT or healthcare programs.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Expertise in MS Project for schedule development and maintenance.
• Proven experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and supporting Agile cadence.
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with VA or federal program scheduling standards.
• Experience working in large healthcare organizations (hospitals, health systems, or insurance companies).
