What you will do
- Direct end-to-end lifecycles for large-scale IT modernization and application migration projects.
- Oversee Salesforce CRM migrations, including legacy data and operational configuration transfers.
- Lead the modernization of central enterprise portals and Content Management System (CMS) upgrades.
- Coordinate Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives for secure authentication on external platforms.
- Manage risks and dependencies across infrastructure, database, and Microsoft 365 integration teams.
- Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve IT governance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional project management experience in large-scale IT initiatives.
- Proven track record in technology implementation and application migration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM migrations.
- Knowledge of IAM security concepts and CMS migration/upgrade processes.
- Experience managing projects within Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Chicago, IL, US
Nice to have
- Prior project management experience within healthcare payer, insurance, or federal healthcare environments.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile Scrum.
- Experience guiding software developers through legacy platform decommissioning.
