What you will do

• Implement and manage new client Patient Services programs, including Hub and Copay/Affordability programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all implementation phases.
• Track and manage internal work streams in collaboration with the PMO to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Develop critical implementation documentation, such as Business Process Flows and Business Rules Documents.
• Review and approve system requirements, user stories, design documents, and data transfer agreements.
• Coordinate internal and external reviews of all program documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Eligible for hire in select U.S. locations).
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Patient Services or an applicable healthcare company.
• Proven experience in implementing Patient Services programs and pharma client management.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Biopharma Patient Services program implementation.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Healthcloud.
• Experience leveraging AI for process efficiency.
