Director, Client Services Implementation (Healthcare)

Location: Mason, Ohio, USA; office-based role with 10–20% travel

Salary: USD 103,515–145,000 per year

What you will do

• Implement and manage new client Patient Services programs, including Hub, Patient Assistance, Copay/Affordability, and Direct-to-Patient programs.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary client contact throughout implementation.
• Coordinate internal workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and collaboration with the Project Management Organization.
• Coordinate design, configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support with internal departments.
• Create and approve implementation documentation, including business process flows, business rules, program correspondence, enrollment forms, user stories, design documents, and data transfer agreements.
• Plan and coordinate additional projects, programs, and services for hirify.global and Patient Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–6 years of hirify.global or applicable healthcare company experience in Patient Services implementation, complex Patient Services program management, and pharmaceutical client management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work in the Mason, Ohio office and travel 10–20% based on client location and meeting requirements.
• Ability to work 40–50 hours per week across five days.

Nice to have

• Biopharma Patient Services program implementation experience.
• PMP certification.
• Salesforce HealthCloud experience.
• Experience leveraging AI for process efficiency.
