What you will do

• Manage a caseload of EL/PL insurance claims on a non-delegated authority basis.
• Review evidence including witness statements, medical records, and inspection reports.
• Develop and execute claim management strategies in accordance with client SLAs.
• Conduct investigations, CMC applications, and draft legal documentation.
• Instruct experts and counsel while preparing for conferences and trials.
• Ensure full compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations.

Requirements

• Must have experience handling a caseload of EL/PL files.
• Must have previous litigation experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in IT systems and legal documentation.
