Location: Hybrid (Sheffield, UK) — 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Proactively manage a caseload of network damage claims through pre- and post-litigation stages.
• Prepare and progress billing claims to meet individual and team recovery targets.
• Investigate liability and collate evidence from solicitors, insurers, and loss adjusters to support settlements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate billing and efficient cash collection.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in claims handling and independently managing high-volume caseloads.
• Sound understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and experience drafting statements of case and witness statements.
• Experience gathering and assessing evidence in compliance with GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sheffield office for 3 days per week.
