Salary: $135,000 - $198,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead the Pulse spacecraft constellation development roadmap from concept through sustained on-orbit operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across payload, avionics, software, GNC, electrical, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing teams.
- Develop and maintain integrated technical schedules, milestones, and program execution plans.
- Identify program risks early and lead mitigation planning to prevent execution impacts.
- Prepare technical and programmatic status reports for engineering leadership and executive reviews.
- Ensure critical interfaces between spacecraft, payloads, ground systems, and operations remain synchronized.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience leading complex aerospace, spacecraft, or multidisciplinary hardware programs.
- Proven experience managing technical programs throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of spacecraft subsystems, system integration, verification, and qualification.
- Ability to manage complex schedules, technical dependencies, and risks across multiple organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience with LEO small satellite or proliferated constellation programs.
- Direct experience with spacecraft bus development, payload integration, or constellation deployment.
- Experience with commercial launch providers and external mission partners.
- Familiarity with Agile program execution and tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Advanced degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
