What you will do

• Manage and coach Strategic AEs on discovery, engagement, and enterprise deal strategy.
• Drive regional pipeline generation and ensure accurate forecasting for complex sales cycles.
• Act as a player-coach in key opportunities to navigate C-suite and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain operational excellence through CRM hygiene and adherence to sales processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify regional market opportunities to influence GTM strategy and enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership or team lead roles.
• 8+ years in enterprise software sales, preferably in AI/ML or data infrastructure.
• Proven experience closing and coaching $1M+ ACV enterprise deals.
• Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management expertise.
• Deep understanding of consultative, solution-based selling.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
