What you will do
- Own the sales process from A to Z for the medium enterprise segment in Belgium.
- Explore the market, build and manage pipeline, run sales conversations, and negotiate contracts to close.
- Put on the map in Belgium by building B2B partnerships from the ground up.
- Acquire new medium enterprise clients and expand opportunities within existing accounts.
- Act as the first point of contact and face of in the Belgian market.
- Feed insights from the Belgian market back to Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to adapt strategy and positioning.
Requirements
- Location: based in (or happy to be based in) Antwerp or Amsterdam.
- Languages: fluent in Flemish and French, and great English.
- At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR platforms, or a high-growth startup/scale-up environment.
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with strong ownership and fast learning.
- Ability to build and leverage a strong network, ideally within HR.
