Distribution Center Supervisor (Warehouse)

Location: DeKalb, Illinois, United States. Onsite work on the second shift, from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Travel may include up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation may be authorized.

Salary: $84,595–$103,394 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead more than 50 hourly production employees on the second shift.
• Implement safety, quality, and productivity improvements at the DK6 Distribution Center.
• Determine staffing deployments and prioritize shift tasks.
• Support Lean Six Sigma annual cost-saving goals.
• Lead second-shift crew meetings within the Lean Management System.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least three years of leadership experience in distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work the second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis, time management, team building, public speaking, and conflict resolution.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or engineering.
• Five years of experience in distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing.
