Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Marysville, Ohio, United States; onsite at a 1.3M sq ft Distribution Center

Salary: $80,200–$94,400 per year, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs

What you will do

• Lead shift operations within the Marysville Distribution Center.
• Coordinate truck loading and unloading, customer shipping schedules, and support for following shifts.
• Direct distribution associates to maintain inventory accuracy, compliance, and high housekeeping standards.
• Partner with packaging to support product quality and 100% packaging uptime for the distribution center.
• Use SAP to monitor inventory and quality, making adjustments when required.
• Train associates on surge, loading, customer-specific procedures, company policies, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least five years of warehouse supervision or production-environment supervision experience.
• Understanding of distribution, transportation, inventory control, and freight routing.
• Computer skills with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, administrative, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and weekends during the busy season.
