Salary: $122,100 - $146,520/yr + 25% annual bonus target and RSUs.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for mortgage loan servicing and collections aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage end-to-end servicing operations, including payment processing, escrow, and complaint management.
• Design and implement collection strategies to reduce delinquency rates and maximize recoveries.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including CFPB and FDCPA guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with underwriting, risk management, and legal teams to resolve servicing issues and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in financial services or consumer lending, preferably with mortgage or HELOC experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership position within Collections/Recovery or Servicing Operations.
• Strong ability to analyze data, develop executive reports, and manage performance KPIs/SLAs.
• Deep familiarity with Federal, State, and Local loan origination, servicing, and collections regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Valid NMLS License or ability to obtain state-specific licenses within 180 days.
• Experience with automated dialer platforms and various lending/servicing systems.
• Prior experience working in a startup or consulting environment.
• Proficiency with Notion and Google Suite.
