What you will do

• Maintain project schedules across marketing, creative, and partner workstreams by tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Route creative and marketing assets through review and approval cycles with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive deliverables to completion by holding teams and agencies accountable to established timelines.
• Manage the team's operating rhythm, including organizing meetings and tracking action items.
• Serve as the central point of coordination to proactively unblock work and manage shifting launch priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in entertainment, media, or marketing/creative environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience coordinating asset review and approval processes across internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Jira.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
